Chapter 3
Psychological Probing
Why would a somewhat normal 21 year old male have the ability to transform into an Amazon and have the physic abilities that I possessed. Everyone was asking that question. Even me.
I suppose they would have to put me under to see. But after what had happened earlier, they were going to have to be careful. No one there had the expertise to really probe my mind.
I was once again Joe. I seemed to be happy like myself. Until I was threatened, I was just Joe. But if there was even the slightest threat, The Tiger Lady appeared and usually someone was gonna get hurt.
I was not happy about that fact, but, no one, I mean no one would want to get aggressive with me. You could smell the fear in a room when I walked in. I was too intense for even the resident Freaks here. I was in a completely different league than them. There had never been any one as powerful as myself. This frightened even me. I wished to be normal. But God-like, NOT ME......
They had to bring in a specialist. Someone who knew how to bring me under and have some level of control. But that was even difficult.
I also had to get used to wearing the bra and panties. I also ended up wearing some kind of stretch pants and top. Something like jogging stuff. It would stretch. If I did a conversion for one reason or another, I wouldn't be embarrassed.
This beautiful lady walked up to me and was just chatting me up. I couldn't believe it. Didn't she know who I was. I was the Freak of freaks. She wanted to be my friend. Then, I just accidentally read her.............Or should I say Him? This was a transsexual. She had been a woman for 10 years. No one knew, except for me. Her name was Mary.
"Mary, You sure are beautiful for once being a man."
"Dear god, how did you know?"
"Didn't you know I was the head freak around here? You are here to do the physiological testing aren't you? Who best to do it but a Transsexual. And a Doctor too. I bet you had a fun time in school?"
"I heard you were good, but that is really good."
"Bill will read you too. I will tell him to keep it cool."
"Thanks. I hear you change shapes. Can I see?"
"I don't like to change like that. Maybe later. I need to maintain the equality. I hope you understand. I am trying to keep my identity."
"OK, but I have one other request when you are in the other form.....I want to pet the tiger."
"That is one that you have to be careful about. He can be deadly. Look Mary, I know everything. You don't have to play games with me. I will let you see the tiger. You will just take your chances with him. So have some bandages ready."
"I understand Joe."
"Yes I see you do. You ready to start?
We went into the Iron room.
"Yes. This is going to be a very slow and careful transition into your mind. So we are going to have to get comfortable."
The session started. I was still Joe. I figured that transforming would be unnecessary. We both were in here. We would see if body didn't matter.
Out came a silver medallion. She held it in front of my eyes and asked me to look at it. She asked me to look at the inscriptions on the medallion and see if I could read it. I was concentrating on reading the thing and the next thing I knew, I was relaxed.
"You will remember everything we do here. You are just relaxed and your mind will focus on the day of the lightening hit."
"OK."
"Tell me about that day."
"I was going up to fix the tower. IT had just been hit by lightening and no one could be dispatched. All the other towers were having trouble too. So, we had to get the main one back on line. I had spares in the hut, so, I went out there to use what I had to get it going. It was getting dark again. Another storm. So, I just stayed in the shack. All kinds of strange colors were being formed right in front of me. I walked outside the tower and looked up. That is when I got hit. But it wasn't normal lightening. It was some kind of intelligence. It was alive. It knew I was there and wanted to help me. It sensed that I was not a normal being and was drawn to me. It did things to me. Things I didn't understand at first. My little abilities were expanded to us my full brain. Not just the 12% that I had been using. I could use both sides of my brain. 100%."
"Why the Tiger lady?"
That one was a mystery to me too. But, I had read a story once about a lady and a tiger. It was deep in my sub-conscious mind from my very first days of reading. It had found that image and brought it forward. It felt that I needed a protector.
"Why transform into the Amazon?"
"It wanted to make me happy."
"Are you transgendered?"
"Gee, I never really thought about that. No. But because I never could date or have girl friends, I made up the image of the person I would like to date. It was the tiger lady. The Amazon."
"So you made your own date?"
"Not me, but the lightening. It made the decision for me."
"Do you like her?"
"Yes, I do. But its not the sexual thing. I just like her."
"Would you want to become her all the time?"
"I am not used to the body. I like me."
Mary was trying to make me comfortable. I could see why they picked her to talk to me. Who was best suited?
"I want to see the tiger. Is that all right?"
The Tiger appeared. It was nervous. Mary started to rub its head. The tiger was cautious. But he allowed it. It was very unusual for the tiger to allow anyone it had just meet to touch it.
"I know you are scared. Your friend is here. But I am comforting him. You must get and keep that door open. Take hold of the door knob and open the door."
I turned the knob. It unlocked and the door swings open. Colors, shapes, things I couldn't recognize as shapes. I just stood at the door and looked in.
"Is the door open?"
"Yes."
"Go in."
It couldn't be this easy. There were things I didn't understand. Maybe I was self diagnosing myself and was ready for this. IT was something about using the full brain instead of just that 12%.
I moved into the place past the door. Swirling shapes. It was the lightening. It was the being that came into me. It was the source of the powers. It was the memories of what that creature was like and the gifts it had given me. I now fully understood what had happened. I transformed into the Tiger lady. I didn't notice how the stretch clothing took care of all the proportions. I would later.
"Mary, I am coming out. I know everything now". I sat up in the chair. I was wide awake and she didn't even ask me to come out of the trance.
"Joe? You OK? I haven't released you yet."
"I have released myself. No need to."
"You will relax and close your eyes."
"Sorry Mary. I am out of the trance. I know everything now."
"I have never had a patient come out of the trance on their own. You are rewriting the book, you know?"
"Look, I now have full memory of everything and what happened. You want to know?"
"YES."
"I was enhanced by a cosmic visitor. It liked me and wanted to help me. So, It gave me my mind. Full function. All the way. It also gave me a self defense mechanism. The amazon. A warrior princess. A dangerous woman. With a Hugh friend. All from my mind. Then It went back into the stars."
"I am speechless."
"No your not. You just said something."
"You know what I mean."
"Yes I do."
"So where do we go from here, Joe?"
"I have an instruction. From it."
"OK, What?"
"Help them!"
"Help them?"
"Yes, you, all of you."
"Delusions of grandeur?"
"No, it said to just help them. I guess its up to me to figure out how."
"One thing is for sure, You have to learn to control what you got before you can help anyone."
"I think you will find that all of a sudden, I have control. It was in the room past the door. Some of it will need some refinement, but, I can control it now."
I heard purring. For the second time. What was happening? Was it the fact that she had once been a man? It could be one of only a few explanations. The ear rubbing and the purring continued. I floated tiger up on his belly and she rubbed the huge cat's belly.
I was even surprised. The Tiger didn't mind being floated. After all, I was doing it. So the tiger had a friend besides me. I really didn't mind. The tiger could be a good Kat too. So, I set the tiger down gently and Mary walked back over to me.
"You know why I had to make friends with your Kat, don't you?"
"Yes, I understand. You had to get close. Its OK. I approve."
The staff came in. I knew they were watching. After all, I moved the coffee cup for the tech. We went over it all again. We looked at the tapes with me in the room. I then came to a decision.
"Look guys, I think I know what is going on here. In normal life, I am just Joe. But, if there is help needed, then, I can become the Tiger Lady. With the other abilities, I can help people. I want to. It looks like its my destiny. If there is such a thing."
One of the scientists spoke up.
"Joe, we are not just quite ready to let you back in the general public. We have to know you can control the gifts."
"That is fine. I understand. But you have a time limit. There are evil people trying to find this place. I have a proposal for that too."
"OK what?"
"We have the best minds of any group in the world right here. We all have different abilities. What if the group could establish a mind link with me and we all work together as one. I would be the legs and the body and we all as a group, me with my abilities and the group as a information base, working together to solve problems all over the world. No military stuff, unless absolutely necessary. I don't do killing for hire. But we could solve problems that no one else could solve. What do you think?"
"Lets talk to the whole group."
