The Witness

PART III

As it now seemed that it would be several months before I would be called to testify at Fat Eddie's trial, Julie expressed a fear that my own somewhat delayed puberty might set in before then. If it did, my disguise would not be nearly as effective as it was now, indeed I might become the very "freak" that I suspected that I would be when they told me that I was going to be disguised as a Woman in the first place.

So far my disguise had been VERY effective. Enough to get me into trouble in town when some "Trekies" attending a Sci Fi convention mistook me for the Actress that played Deanna Troi on the Star Trek show. I had to "lay low", hiding out in the apartment, till the convention was over. The addition of eyeglasses and a different hairstyle, however, permitted me to go out into the open again, without attracting any more attention than any other attractive young woman.

Of course, the disguise was difficult to wear. In addition to the hair and makeup which was difficult to maintain, I had to wear a very tight corset to give me the thin waist and figure, necessary to wear most of the clothing. The prospect of putting up with the pain and suffering for at least four more months was disheartening, to say the least.

Now there were concerns that I might "grow out of" my disguise before then, and "blow my cover". Fat Eddie or his henchmen would KILL me.

Julie said that there was a solution to my dilemma, but I might not like it. But what choice did I have?

"We are going to start you on female hormones, Dianne", she said. "That should be at least enough to hold off your male puberty, and perhaps permit you to develop a female figure of your own. It could get you out of that corset."

A mixed blessing indeed!. I would be able to get out of wearing the corset, still maintain my disguise and not risk getting shot by Fat Eddie. BUT I would actually physically BECOME, save for the few square inches between my legs, a real woman. My disguise would not be a disguise at all! It would be how I REALLY looked!

The very thought was horrifying! But so was getting knocked off by Fat Eddie.

Julie could read what was going through my head, just by looking at the expression on my face.

"Hey, don't worry kid,' She said. "You will turn back to normal soon after you stop taking the pills. The body needs Estrogen to maintain the female shape. You stop taking it and your own male hormones will take over, making you a male again.---No big deal"

That revelation made me feel a bit better. I hoped that she was telling me the truth.

Now I began to have horrible flashes in my mind of evolving into some kind of "Dolly Parton" type creature. "How big will my breasts grow?" I asked.

"Breast size is dependent upon how much of the hormone you are given and how much breast tissue you have." Julie replied. "Even if you have a lot of breast tissue, they may not get very big if the hormone level is low, but you are going to receive large doses, to counteract the male hormones, it's likely that your breasts will fully develop."

"We based your bra size on your mother's, and you will likely not exceed a C cup. Once all of the tissue is developed, the excess hormones can't make them any bigger-That's why women get implants."

"All the fat needed to make your breasts and increase the size of your hips will come from the waist area, you won't gain any weight at all. So your waist will become thin and the corset won't be needed."

I looked at myself in the mirror. I would not look any different, at least with my clothes on. That was some comfort. But I sure would look different NAKED. I would still have my boy's penis, but I would otherwise have a Woman's body.

"How long would it take?" I asked. I hoped that this ordeal would be over long before the hormones began to drastically change my form.

"It's hard to say". Said Julie. "It normally takes about eighteen months for most girls to develop their female shapes. It's really dependent upon your body's sensitivity to the chemicals"

I breathed a sigh of relief.

"But some girls can, and do, fully develop in as little as three months. You have seen girls in school go from flat to voluptuous just over the course of summer vacation, haven't you?"

"Yeah!", I replied, "Just like my sis. . . ter" my voice trailed off. "Hey that 'sensitivity' doesn't run in families does it?"

Julie looked at me and smiled, "I am afraid it does. Hey, look on the bright side. You could be out of that corset all the sooner."

The next day the treatment started. I was actually given a shot. Julie told me that I would get a shot every other day until the hormones had fully taken effect. I would then take pills to maintain the effects until my disguise was no longer needed. If need be, it could be kept up for years.

Meanwhile, I kept wearing the padding. -- And the corset too, when my clothes demanded I do so. I also was told that I could not hang around the apartment all day. That would soon look a bit suspicious. Julie said that I needed to get a Job.

"A Job?" I replied. I can't do anything, I'm only a kid," I protested.

"You know the alphabet don't you?" Julie replied.

"Well, yes . . ."

"I will put you to work handling files in my office at the Federal building. It will be good cover, should a suspicious neighbor or someone else decide to look into your background."

"But there's other PEOPLE in that office," I nervously replied, "I look like I am ten years older, but I'm only fifteen! I can handle a few words out in the street, but I can't work with and talk to someone every day and keep them fooled."

"Don't worry." Said Julie, "You will be the only worker in the file room. It's quite small. I will be working just outside so, I can limit you social interactions."

The first day of work Julie changed up my wardrobe a little to make me look a bit more "professional". Instead of the sundresses, that I had been wearing, I now was expected to wear a more conservative blouse and skirt. The skirt was navy blue and came down nearly to my knees. I noticed that it was a bit tight around my legs and forced me to take shorter steps. Right away I could see that this might be a problem if I dropped something and had to pick it up off the floor. But THAT'S the skirt that Julie insisted that I MUST wear, so I had to go along with it.

By now, I had been given a "last name" "Parker"-The same as Julie's. I, Dianne Parker, was Julie's cousin from the West Coast. She was letting me live with her until I got settled in this new big city. That was my cover story anyway.

Julie WAS right, the office WAS small. There was only Susie, a blonde who looked about 20, who served as a receptionist and answered the telephones, Julie, Agent Harris, and Jane, an older woman in her forties, who was the office manager. Other "field Agents" would check in from time to time, but they had no offices or desks there.

Julie introduced me to Susie and "Miss Jane", and quickly hustled me off to the file room, before the conversations progressed much beyond the "hello how are you?" stage.

I was immediately given a stack of file folders to return to their drawers and another stack of papers that had to be put into other folders. I was then left to my own devices. The process was quite obvious.

It was fun for about a half-hour and then became boring. It was also tricky too. It was very hard to reach the lower drawers while wearing a tight skirt. I resolved to ask Julie to lay out something different for me to wear the next day.

Susie asked me to go to lunch with her, but Julie stepped in telling her that SHE was going with me, but Susie could come along if she wanted to.

During lunch Julie played a remarkable game of fending off Susie's probing questions. Often before I could answer, Julie would interrupt and answer for me. No matter how awkward it looked, this was good because Susie wanted to know all about me. Who my parent's were, what city was I from, etc. Most of this stuff I had never considered. Julie was having to build a "front" for me on the spot.

By the time lunch was over, Susie had decided that I was either extremely shy or was very "stuck up". Afterwards she limited her contact with me to only professional matters. I stayed in my file room and Susie stayed at her desk.

Julie's desk was just outside the file room door, so she formed another layer of security. Instead of talking to me, anybody wanting to see a file had to go through Julie first.

The job was boring and lonely, but it did pay well. I got to keep the money I made. Sure, a file clerk doesn't make all THAT much money, but it was an "adult" salary. It was quite a bit more than I could ever hope to make as a fifteen-year-old kid, and it didn't require really hard work.

As the days and weeks went by, I began to notice changes in my body. My skin began to feel even smoother than it had before, and the backs of my hands seemed softer, even a little "puffy" I could hardly see the bones in them anymore. The corset seemed looser too, but I couldn't tell if my waist was actually getting smaller or if I was simply getting used to the constriction.

Some of the padding DID have to be removed from my hips though. A few of my skirts were getting much too tight.

One unexpected effect was the PAIN, yes the pain! My breasts hurt. "That was to be expected" Julie said as "the skin is stretching". My boobs didn't look much bigger but they sure hurt like hell. But THAT was only part of it. I had pains in my knees, elbows and hips, and that wasn't from "stretching skin".

I could see that my skeleton was changing. I held out my arm one day and noticed that it was bent at the elbow SIDEWAYS. I had never noticed this before. I brought it to Julie's attention and asked her if this was a result of the Hormones.

She held out her own arm and rotated her palm up. SHE had the same type of bend. "Yes," she replied "your arms bend like that so that they will clear your hips"

She showed me what she meant. She hung her arm to her side faced the palm forward and I could see how her arm was bent just enough so that it would not strike her hip as it moved front to back. "Isn't evolution wonderful" she said with a smile."

In the mirror, I noticed the same effect with my own arm, even though my own hips were still mostly padding. I also noticed that my knees were turning outwards. I was becoming "bowlegged". It was getting to the point that I had to push my thighs closer together to get both feet to set properly on the floor. Soon my thighs would be rubbing together when I walked.

But that eased up a bit, as the hip bones themselves gradually widened out. It then became VERY easy to cross my legs at the thigh, as their attachments at the hips were getting farther apart.

As my boobs grew, Julie began to remove the padding from my bra, a little bit at a time. Although three months had past since the "treatment" began, and I likely could wear a "B" cup bra, "unaided", Julie Still insisted that I continue to wear the Padded C-cup.

"It would look funny if people saw you suddenly show up with breasts smaller than they are used to seeing you with, even if they are real. Besides," She continued, "you WILL grow into it, and hopefully, not OUT of it."

I found myself checking my breasts every time I took a shower. I tried to ignore them at first, but it was impossible. I could see no changes in them from day to day, but every week or so I could note a slight size difference. It was frightening me. "how much bigger would they grow?"

The pain DID ease up a bit about three and a half months after the treatment began. I was starting to now believe that the worst might be over. My bra was fitting quite snugly now, and with a small amount of padding left in it.

Julie noticed one morning as I was getting dressed for work. She walked over to me and had me remove my bra. She then removed the remaining padding and had me put the bra back on. It now fit a little loose.

Unperturbed, Julie reached over and adjusted the strap buckles and pulled them in a bit. Now the garment fit perfectly!

"Congratulations! She said. "You have arrived! You are now filling a C cup entirely on your own!"

It took a few seconds for the full impact of her statement to register with me. But she was RIGHT! I turned to the mirror and eyeballed myself from head to toe. Although I was only wearing panties and a bra, I looked exactly like a WOMAN! Bowed legs, curvy hips, tits and all! It was all REAL! And most disturbing of all It was ALL ME!

I found that I did not have to wear the corset to fit into the clothes. I knew that the corset was still a snug fit, but that was only because it had been pulled a little tighter as my waist had shrunk. But a quick check with the tape measure revealed that I had the same twenty two inch, give or take a little bit, waist that I had originally been endowed with, courtesy of the corset, when this disguise was first imposed upon me. Only NOW I wasn't wearing the corset at all.

"This demands a pit of a celebration," Julie commented with a smile. "Tomorrow is Saturday. We can have a small party of sorts to initiate you into your womanhood."

I, needless to say, was not nearly as happy as Julie seemed to be. My only consolation was that Fat Eddie and his boys would now have an even harder time finding me, or even believing that they had found me if they did.

The next morning, I had just changed out of my nightie and had barely managed to get my panties on and slipped on a white skirt, when Julie barged into my room.

She threw a pink, sleeveless, knit top at me and told me to put it on.

"No!" she said, as I reached for my bra. "Wear it just like you are."

I slipped it over my head and pulled it down. I could see my nipples push their impressions through the fabric. My breasts seemed to jiggle and bounce with my every movement. I was now going to be running around BRALESS!

"YOU have GOT to be kidding, Julie!" I said as I stared down at my quivering form.

Julie smiled. "Now no one in their right MIND would even consider you to be anything else than what you appear to be. You can go anywhere, now Diane, do anything you want to do and wear any item of clothing you want.

"Consider yourself liberated from your disguise. It's not a disguise anymore."

"Well," I said, "If I can wear anything I want, I would like to put my BRA back on now, thank you."

"No, not just yet". Julie said. "Let those tits have at least a day of freedom. Have a few of the neighbors see you bouncing around. That way if they are EVER asked any questions about you, there will be NO way that they will ever believe or support any suggestion that you might be a boy."

She reached down and picked up a package. "Here," she Said as she handed it to me. "You can wear this at the pool this afternoon."

I opened it up. It was a Blue BIKINI!

"You'll look quite good in it. Trust me." Said Julie, as I stared at it in disbelief.

Julie insisted in taking me with her on her errand runs that morning. Jiggling like I was, I felt nearly naked. I felt that nearly every male eye in the vicinity was ogling me. I know that I would be very interested in a braless chick that looked like I did.

Of course, I didn't visibly jiggle as much as I felt I did. Some of the movements were quite subtle but I could feel them all the same. And I found that if I was careful about how I walked or moved, I could minimize the motion to a considerable degree.

By the time we got back home, I was quite familiar with how a "liberated woman" feels. Enough of the neighbors and other locals the were aquatinted with had seen me in all of my "unfakable" feminine glory to satisfy Julie, that there would be no embarrassing or potentially fatal questions ever raised about me in the community.

As I apprehensively prepared to finally don The Bikini That Julie had given to me earlier, I was greeted by one final surprise. Julie spread a piece of clear plastic on the edge of my bed and told me to, pull down my panties and sit on it. "What was going on?" I wondered.

Julie Returned to the room a bit miffed that I had not yet complied with her demand. She has also carrying a few items with her.

"What are you going to do?" I asked as I sat down, instinctively covering my private parts with my hands.

"Nothing drastic" she said, as she pulled my hand away and pushed a cold ice pack between my legs. "Only one more piece of camouflage."

I could see that she had also brought along what looked like a couple of thin plastic spatulas and, of all things, a tube of crazy glue.

After a few very uncomfortable minutes, she remover the Ice pack. My penis and testicles had dutifully done what they were supposed to do when exposed to such frigid temperatures. They shrunk up and withdrew inside of me.

Working quickly, Julie Spread the "Crazy Glue" on to a thin spreader and worked the adhesive into the seams around my privates where they had withdrawn. She barely was able to pull the blade out in time, it nearly got stuck in there. Next, She spread more glue around on the skin along either side of my organs and pulled it together. After a few seconds, she released it. It stayed in place. I watched the procedure in curiosity, but I didn't realize quite what she had done until immediately after she had finished.

NOW I even looked like a girl between my legs! I had a SLIT instead of a penis! But speaking of that, "How was I gonna be able to pee?" I thought. I had initially thought that she had "sealed me up", but after a bit of exploring, I could see that enough of the slit was open near the bottom to piss out of. I could see the head of my penis nestled just inside.

Granted, It couldn't hold up to a close examination, but without physically probing my crotch, no one could tell otherwise. It visually looked exactly in size and form like a female sexual organ, externally at least.

And another thing was also certain. When I DID Pee, I was NOT going to be able to do it standing up.

"What's THIS about" I asked indignantly. "Nobody is ever going to look down there!"

"No, " Julie replied, "But we don't want to reveal any suspicious looking lumps and bumps when you wear your Bikini, now do we? Besides, this will also let you wear shorts and tight pants."

"How long is this going to last?"

"About a couple of months. If you are still in hiding by then, we can always put it back up."

After Julie left, I reluctantly put on the Bikini. The top was difficult to put on, as there were no hooks, like on the bra, but only strings. I managed to tie one set of strings around my chest, just below breast level and rotate it around until the cups, what little there was of them, lined up with my breasts. I pulled up the other set of strings and tied them behind my neck, lifting the breasts as I did so.

"So far so good" I said, as I looked down on my self.

Next, I slid the bottom up my legs and tied the strings over my right and left hips. I had to do this a couple of times before I got it right.

I nearly fainted when I looked into the mirror! WOW!

Who says that Blondes look best in Bikinis? I seemed to be made for them! I turned around and examined myself from all angles. I sure had an impressive set of curves.

Julie, for her age, looked quite good in HER two piece suit also. I could see that she was quite impressed with me. All and any residual fears that I had about making some kind of mistake not "passing" for a woman, evaporated then and there. There was NO way I could NOT pass, no matter what I did, even if I stripped naked."

For the first time in almost four months I FINALLY felt SECURE. But being "secure", by no means meant that I felt happy.

After helping me apply a layer of sunscreen, Julie handed me a short terrycloth robe to wear over my shoulders and then we both headed out to the pool.

We found a couple of unused Chaise lounges adjacent to each other. Julie removed her robe and lay down. She motioned that I do the same. I never felt as naked in my life as when I took off my robe, exposing my Bikini clad body for all to see. I had to play it cool. As calmly as I could, I laid down and stretched out on the other lounge next to Julie.

To my relief, nothing horrible or embarrassing happened. I hardly attracted any attention at all. Sure, I got a few glances from the two or three guys that were there, but I managed to avoid eye contact. They "checked me out", and that was it. There were several other ladies such as myself around the pool area to keep their attention divided.

By now, I thought that I would be used to being a girl in public, but THIS was something new once again. Now, for all practical purposes, I WAS a girl and exposed nearly naked to the world. I felt like I was inviting trouble or at least unwanted attention. I closed my eyes, hoping to get some rest along with the sun, but I felt "as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rockers." as granny would say.

A sudden "clicking" sound next to me made me jump! To my relief it was only Julie, getting out of her chair.

"No, Stay there, Dianne. I'm only going back to the apartment to get us a couple of Cokes." She said. "Watch my bag." She had left her beach bag on the Lounge to "save her space" for when she got back.

After about thirty minutes, however, I began to worry. "What's she doing?" I wondered. "She should have been back twenty minutes ago."

Frustrated, I gathered up our stuff, and walked back, across the parking lot, to the apartment myself.

The door was open. I sat the bags down inside the doorway and walked inside. "Julie?" I called out. "What's going on?" There was no response. I walked into the living room.

Julie was there. So were two men. Suddenly I froze in terror! One of them was SLICK! Fat Eddie's head goon! Someone, Somehow had betrayed us. It looked as if I was going to become dead meat!

My worst fears seemed to have been realized. When I returned to the apartment, to see what was taking Julie so long to get us some Cokes to bring back out the pool, I found that she had uninvited guests. Two of Fat Eddie's Goons, And one of them was the head Goon himself, SLICK! Bald head and all.
"Slick" was the driver of the car that Fat Edie was riding in when I saw him kill the man in the alley.

Slick and another man that I didn't recognize, were standing guard over a very frightened looking Julie. They appeared to be expecting someone else to join them---ME.

"This was it! It's all over!" I thought to myself. We had been betrayed. I was dead meat!

Slick's reaction was not what I expected though. He seemed very surprised, as if I was not the person he had expected to see.

But of course THAT was the idea for my disguise in the first place. They would be looking for a fifteen year old boy, I looked to be at least ten years older than that ---and a Woman.

He looked at me with an incredulous expression on his face.

"Are you the other girl that lives here?"

"Y . . . Yes" I answered nervously.

"Can you prove it?

I had to think about that for a while.-Then I had it. "Yes, my ID is in my bedroom. Do you want me to get it?"

"Charlie," he said to the other man. "Follow her, see that she gets her I D and does nothing else."

"Sure thing boss." Charlie said with a smile.

I went to my bedroom closely followed by Charlie. I picked up my ID nametag from work, from off of my dresser. And got out of there quickly, before Charley had any ideas.

I handed it to Slick who carefully scrutinized the photo and then me.

"Damnit!, " He said. "We've been had!"

He handed the tag back to me and took out his cell phone.

Suddenly his personality seemed to change. He looked downright apologetic. "Excuse me ladies", He said, "ill just be a minute."

Slick walked over to a corner of the room and dialed his phone. He kept his voice down, but I could still hear most of what he was saying.

"Boss! Your informant is trying to set us up. Yes, Yes, we got the address right. Two women DO live here. Yes, I know what a woman looks like. Neither one of them is the kid. Hell yes! I'm sure. And BOTH of them are FEDs! Damnit! I saw their IDs. OK, OK, I'll do it. Yes, I can cover it."

Slick seemed even more polite now. "I, We are very sorry for this intrusion , Ma'ams. We were supposed to meet some, UH, Clients, here. We were given the wrong address."

Julie was very angry---or at least she pretended to be. She played the part quite well.

"I'll say you were given the wrong address! What gives you the right to barge into our home and threaten us?"

Slick held up his hand in an apologetic gesture. "Please, ladies. I have talked to my employer about the mistake. He has ordered . . . Uh requested that I pay you for your inconvenience and any damages that might have incurred."

"Please" he said as he pulled out his wallet. "Here is Three thousand dollars to divide between the two of you and to demonstrate that there are no hard feelings. My B . . . Employer requests that this dreadful error stays quiet and just between us."

"Do you think that a lousy payoff will make up for what you put us through?" Said Julie angrily "Tell your Boss to keep his money!"

"What was Julie saying?" I thought. I could have a lot of fun with fifteen hundred dollars.

"Please Julie!" I said almost involuntarily.

Slick placed the money on the coffee table.

"Do what you want to with it. Throw it away for all I care. My boss ordered my to pay you for your trouble and that is what I am going to do."

With that Slick and his partner left.

Julie and me sat in stunned silence as we contemplated what had just happened. Someone had betrayed us to Fat Eddie. Fortunately, my disguise, or more exactly my actual body now, had completely fooled Eddie's henchmen.

That I might have been a Fifteen-year-old boy was so absurd an idea to Slick and Charlie, that they did not even consider the possibility. They only wanted to make sure that I was the other girl that actually lived here.

"Are we going to have to move?" I asked.

"No," Julie replied. "That would only make them more suspicious. We will stay here. I don't think that they will bother us any more."

"What about the informant?"

"I don't think the informant will trouble us any more either. Fat Eddie doesn't like to be lied to, and especially having himself and his actions exposed to Federal government employees---US. No, we wont have to worry about the informant, whoever it was, any more."

I swallowed hard. "I might have been indirectly responsible for someone's death." I thought. But then again, he or she was trying to get ME killed and for their own profit. Well I hope they like what Fat Eddie Gives them.

That evening, Julie called Harris and told him about what had happened. Harris said that he would investigate.

A couple of days later, Harris had the answer. The assistant D. A. Gordon King, of all people, appeared to have been the culprit. While he did not get his hands on any of the paper work, Harris discovered that King had been looking into Harris's phone records.

King knew that Harris knew where I was being hidden. When he found that one of the numbers was cross-referenced to the apartment address, he then had a lead that he could pass on to Eddie.

King would likely no longer be a problem. His car was found abandoned and parked near the reservoir. Harris's own informants had told him that "Fat Eddie" was very angry at King. Not only had the corrupt assistant DA "gave him false information", but Eddie claimed that he was tricked into sending his men to the residence of two federal law enforcement workers.

Eddie came to the conclusion that King was trying to further "set him up" and earn a feather for his own hat. Too bad for King.

"Fat Eddie's" trial would be held three days from now. I was scheduled to testify. There was a problem, however. It was quite evident each time I looked in the mirror. Once I show up in the courtroom looking like this, my secret would be out. Eddie would know exactly who to go looking for. I would have blown my new identity.

Of course, there would also be the problem of convincing the court officials and the jury that I was who I claimed to be in the first place. Face it, I didn't look one bit like a fifteen-year-old "Tony". I could testify naked and not be believed. I would have to be fingerprinted and have an expert testify to my identity, which would add yet another level of uncertainty in the minds of the observers. That would complicate things even further.

Julie and Harris had already planed for this contingency though. I would testify as TONY. That means that I would have to somehow be made to look like my former self again. That was OK with me, but unfortunately, my body was built so drastically different now, that it would take as much padding, squeezing and special effects, to make me look like a boy again as it had taken to make me look like a woman in the first place.

Further complicating things, was the fact that I had to revert back to my "Dianne" identity immediately after testifying, so that I could get out of the courthouse alive. This was going to be tricky.

My hair had to be dealt with. I might could wear a short wig, but the masses of long hair and curls that now graced my scalp would be impossible to hide under it. Another trip to the beauty parlor was in order.

Loraine studied the problem. "We can go with a shorter style" she said. "Similar, but just below shoulder length. And we can thin it out a bit. Now that your body is close to being the real thing, you don't need as extreme a style to compensate for a lack of femininity any more."

She went to work. An hour later she was finished.

She was right. The new style had a similar look, from the front anyway, as it was still shoulder length. I still looked every bit Dianne, but now my hair seemed a bit more "bouncy" as it didn't hang down to the middle of my back anymore. It looked neater and more "normal". I was no longer buried in dark curls. I kind of liked it.

The most important thing was, however, that it could now be hidden under a short wig---at least as short as my hair HAD been before all of this happened. Without the makeup, I could look, facially at least, like my old self.

While I was at the shop my fingernails were also shortened somewhat. No, they didn't file them down to a short length, as a boy would have, but to neat ovals that extended only a quarter of an inch or so. Still, enough to make my hands appear very feminine, but short enough to hide in gloves. As the one inch talons that I had sported for the last several months would never have done.

My body was of more concern. Needless to say I had quite an "unmanly" shape. Back at the apartment we experimented with ways to correct this.

The ace bandages could only flatten my C-cup boobs so much. The pelvic bones themselves widened my hips. There was no way to squeeze them any smaller.

My thin middle would be built up by padding until I no longer exhibited the characteristic curvy waistline. More padding was added just under my boobs and along the sides of my stomach so as to minimize the hip and breast bulges that remained.

I looked FAT! Sort of like the "doughboy", but not extremely overweight but I did look like a boy again. Julie measured me so that she could get me some clothes that fit my newest shape.

After measuring me up, we removed the padding and bandages. NOW it felt good to be a "girl" once more. Squeezing my boobs like that hurt more than the corset ever did.

The day of the Trial we got an early start. I was trussed up in my padding and ace bandages. I put on my thirty-eight inch waist jeans and a sweatshirt. Nobody, except the defendant, really dressed up for a trial anymore.

Julie made sure every trace of my makeup was removed and then secured the Short wig in place. She then glued on some thick fake eyebrows over the plucked out remnants of my own. I looked about thirty pounds heavier but I did look like my former self again.

My red, manicured fingernails were hidden beneath Band-Aids. They looked better than gloves. We could claim that I had been hurt when someone accidentally slammed a door on my hands. The "extra weight" we could attribute to a lack of exercise while being in hiding.

Getting to the courthouse would not be a problem. We could leave in Harris's car from the apartment parking lot. No one knew where I had been hiding, so I was not being watched. We could also drive right to the courthouse itself, and go inside. No one knew how and when I was arriving, or if indeed I was coming at all. There would be no prearranged "welcoming committee."

Getting out after I had testified would be the big problem. But Julie told me not to worry. She had it all figured out.

Needless to say, people working on both sides of the case were very surprised to see me arrive. To my surprise, there were at least two other witnesses for the prosecution beside myself. I now felt sort of having been imposed upon, because Fat Eddie would likely have been convicted without my testimony.

"Why did I have to go through all this?" I asked Harris. "There is plenty enough evidence to convict Fat Eddie."

"Well, Eddie DID see YOU, didn't he?"

"Yes." I replied.

"That was reason enough to hide you. Besides, Your extra testimony will insure that we put the last nail in Eddie's coffin. Two witnesses would be fine , but THREE is even better. For your own sake you had best hope that we are able to put Eddie away for good this time. Cause, if we don't, you are going to be seeing a lot more of Dianne Parker in the future. Do you understand?"

I did understand. And I resolved to tell the jury everything I had seen.

When my turn came to testify, I was very nervous. Fat Eddie glowered at me from behind the defendant's table. But I told my story and answered all of the Lawyer's and the prosecutor's questions. It was all over before I knew it.

Julie met me as I left the courtroom, and quickly hustled me off to the Ladies bathroom. Quickly, we removed the padding and the bandages. I took off the wig and let my hair fall back down into place. It felt good to put the bra back on after having to endure several hours of the compression. Julie had a garment bag from which she removed a slip, a blouse and a skirt. And a pair of simple black high heels. I rapidly put he items on and re-applied the now familiar makeup. I combed my hair back and put on the glasses and I was Dianne once again.

Slick was arrested in the courthouse for accessory to murder. We didn't have to worry about him. I saw Eddie's man "Charlie" however, standing out in the hall as we approached the front door. No doubt, he was watching for "Tony", either so he could begin to follow him or do him in right then and there. But it didn't matter. Julie and I walked right past him and never gave him a second look. I doubt if he would have recognized us anyway. Even if he did, he knew we worked for the government anyway, and would have assumed that we had business there.

We walked to the parking lot and drove home in Julie's car. On the way to the apartment we heard on the news that the jury had convicted Fat Eddie of murder.

I was still in danger and still had to remain "Dianne" until arrangements could be made to get me out of town and rejoin my family. My transition back was going to be a hard one. Indeed I still might have to remain in disguise if there was any chance of Eddie or his men finding out where I was moving to.

My future was uncertain. I would have to live each day one at a time. Perhaps I would be "Tony " once again, perhaps not. Only time will tell.
